Bicycles Use Shoulder Only

Bicyclists must ride only on the paved shoulder, not in the travel lane.

Restricts bicycle travel to the shoulder along this roadway, typically on higher-speed routes where mixing bicycles with motor traffic in the travel lane is unsafe. Cyclists must stay to the right of the shoulder line.
