Do not enter the roadway from this direction; you are facing one-way traffic or a restricted entrance.
Marks the wrong end of a one-way street, exit ramp, or other roadway you are not allowed to enter from this direction. If you see this facing you, stop, back out safely, or turn around; entering means driving against oncoming traffic. Commonly paired with a Wrong Way placard further down the ramp.
