All Way Plaque

Used with a Stop sign to show every approach to the intersection must stop.

Posted directly below a Stop sign at a four-way (or three-way) intersection, this plaque tells drivers that traffic from every direction is required to stop. Right-of-way is then determined by order of arrival, with drivers on the right going first when two vehicles arrive simultaneously. Older variants read 4-WAY or 3-WAY; ALL WAY is the current MUTCD standard.
