Except On Shoulder Plaque

Modifies a parking-prohibition sign to allow parking on the shoulder.

A supplemental plaque mounted below a No Parking sign to indicate that parking on the paved shoulder is exempt from the prohibition. It clarifies the area where stopping is permitted while keeping the travel lanes clear.
