Walk On Left Facing Traffic
Pedestrians should walk on the left edge of the road, facing oncoming traffic.
Used where no sidewalk is provided, this directs pedestrians to walk along the left side of the roadway so they can see and react to approaching vehicles. Walking against traffic improves visibility and reaction time for both pedestrians and drivers.
