No Parking Except On Shoulder

Parking is prohibited along this roadway except on the paved shoulder.

Drivers may not stop or park along the traveled way at this location, but parking is permitted on the shoulder. The exception is intended to keep the travel lanes clear while still allowing motorists to pull off if needed.
