No Parking on Tracks

Vehicles must not stop or park on railroad tracks.

Posted near at-grade railroad crossings or rail right-of-way to remind drivers that the tracks are off-limits for parking. A vehicle stopped on tracks risks being struck by a train, since trains can't swerve or stop quickly. If a vehicle stalls on tracks, occupants should exit immediately and move away in the direction of the oncoming train.
