Pass With Care

Passing is again permitted, but only when it can be done safely.

Marks the end of a no-passing zone. Drivers may now overtake other vehicles, but only after checking sight distance, oncoming traffic, and pavement markings to be sure the pass can be completed safely before any line of opposing travel is encountered.
