Travel On Shoulder On Green Arrow Only

Drive on the shoulder only when the overhead lane control shows a green arrow.

Authorizes shoulder travel only when an overhead lane-use control signal is displaying a green downward arrow over the shoulder. A red X or no signal means the shoulder is closed and must not be used for travel. Common on actively managed dynamic shoulder lanes.
