Travel On Shoulder Allowed When Flashing

Drive on the shoulder only while the warning beacons are flashing.

Permits temporary shoulder travel only when accompanying warning beacons are activated by the operating agency. When the lights are off, the shoulder reverts to its normal emergency-only function. Used on dynamic part-time shoulder-use systems where opening hours vary day to day.
