Shoulder may be used by buses and by vehicles making a right turn during the posted weekday hours.

Opens the paved shoulder to bus operations and to drivers preparing to make a right turn during the listed peak window. Other through traffic must remain in the regular travel lanes, and the shoulder returns to its normal breakdown function outside the posted hours.
