Shoulder Buses Only (Time of Day)

Buses may use the shoulder as a travel lane during the posted weekday hours; other vehicles may not.

Authorizes a bus-on-shoulder operation during the listed weekday peak window, allowing transit vehicles to bypass congestion by driving on the paved shoulder. Other drivers must stay in the regular travel lanes; the shoulder reverts to a normal breakdown lane outside the posted hours.
