$150 Fine (Speed Limit Plaque)

Supplemental plaque warning that violations of the posted speed limit carry a $150 fine.

Mounted under a Speed Limit display to publicize the dollar amount of a violation, often in school zones, work zones, or other enforcement-priority areas. The plaque is a deterrent: drivers who would otherwise speed are reminded that the citation will cost a specific, advertised amount.
