Lights On When Using Wipers

State law requires headlights on whenever windshield wipers are in use.

Many states tie headlight use to wiper use so vehicles remain visible during rain, snow, fog, and other reduced-visibility weather. This placard reminds drivers of the wipers-on, lights-on rule and the citation that may follow if they ignore it.
