Stop Here On Flashing Red

Stop at this point when the signal flashes red.

Used with an emergency-vehicle or other flashing-red signal to mark the exact location at which approaching drivers must stop. The downward-pointing arrow ties the instruction to a specific stop bar or pavement point so motorists do not creep into the conflict area.
