Emergency Signal: Stop On Flashing Red

At this emergency-vehicle signal, stop when the red light flashes.

Posted at intersections equipped with an emergency-vehicle traffic signal (typically at fire stations or hospitals) to instruct drivers to come to a complete stop whenever the signal displays a flashing red indication so emergency apparatus can enter or cross the roadway.
