To Oncoming Traffic Plaque

Mounted with a Yield sign to clarify that the driver must yield to oncoming vehicles.

This supplemental plaque is installed below a Yield sign at locations such as one-lane bridges, narrow underpasses, or constricted approaches where two directions of traffic share a single lane. It tells the approaching driver that the yield obligation runs to vehicles coming from the opposite direction, not to a cross street.
