School Speed Limit When Flashing

Reduced school-zone speed limit (20 mph) is enforceable whenever the attached beacon is flashing.

Combines a yellow SCHOOL banner with a regulatory speed limit and a WHEN FLASHING qualifier. When the yellow beacons mounted on the assembly are activated, drivers must obey the lower posted limit through the school zone; at other times the standard street speed limit applies.
