Oregon sets no time limit on the Class C knowledge test. You may work at your own pace and take as long as you need to read each question and every choice carefully.

The Oregon knowledge test is computer-based. Take it on a touch-screen terminal at a DMV office (standby or appointment) or online at DMV2U.Oregon.gov. Audio assistance and multiple languages are available; you may bring your own earbuds or headphones.

Oregon sets no per-section or per-topic minimum on the knowledge test. A passing score is 28 of 35 questions correct overall, so a weak run in one topic can be carried by a strong run in another.
