The rule for a right turn is narrow: finish in the right lane of the roadway entered. Left turns may be completed in any lane lawfully available for the direction, but that flexibility does not extend to right turns. Option B carries the left-turn allowance over to right turns, applying to right turns a rule that only governs left turns.
