D. Away from the curb
Away from the curb is the uphill-with-curb rule; downhill reverses it because gravity pulls a rolling vehicle forward instead of backward. Applies the uphill-with-curb wheel direction to a downhill park, treating 'wheels away from curb' as one rule for every hill instead of a direction that flips with the slope.
