A crash is blocking or partially blocking the road ahead; slow down and be prepared to stop or change lanes.

A traffic crash ahead is blocking or partially blocking travel lanes. Slow down immediately, watch for stopped or slowing traffic and emergency responders, and be ready to change lanes or stop. The fluorescent pink background marks this as a traffic-incident-management device deployed by Ohio DOT (and similar agencies under MUTCD provisions) only while the response is active; the panel is removed once the wreck is cleared.
