Lane Ends Merge Right

The left lane is ending; merge into the right lane before reaching the taper.

Direct instruction to left-lane traffic that the lane ahead drops and a right merge is required. Signal early, find a gap, match the adjacent lane's speed, and complete the merge before the taper ends. Through-lane drivers should accommodate merging traffic to keep flow smooth.
