Added Lane (Left)

An additional lane joins the roadway from the left, with no merge required.

Warns that a lane is being added to the roadway from the left, typically where an entrance ramp or parallel road joins. Through traffic does not need to merge because the new lane simply continues alongside, but watch for vehicles establishing position in the added lane.
