Stop Ahead

A stop sign is ahead; prepare to come to a complete stop.

The text version of the stop-ahead warning, used where a stop sign lies beyond a sight-distance restriction or where drivers may not anticipate the requirement. Reduce speed early so you can stop fully at the upcoming intersection.
