Oncoming Traffic Has Extended Green

Oncoming drivers have a longer green; do not assume they will stop when yours turns yellow.

At this signalized intersection, the oncoming direction is given a longer green phase than yours, so left-turning drivers must not assume opposing traffic will stop when they see their own light change. Wait for a clear gap or a protected turn arrow before crossing the opposing lanes.
