This supplemental plaque is mounted under another sign to indicate that bicyclists are not subject to the regulation or warning shown above (for example, a turn restriction, one-way arrow, or no-thru-traffic rule that does not apply to people on bikes). Drivers should still expect bicycles to be using the roadway in question.
