That B looks right owes to swapping the pull-right-and-stop duty for a mere speed reduction, as if this were a speed-limit rule.

Stopping in an intersection blocks cross-traffic; the rule is to clear the intersection first. This answer ignores the explicit instruction 'Do not stop in an intersection' and treats any stop as compliant.

The rule is to pull right and stop, not to merely slow. This answer confuses the emergency-vehicle rule with a speed-limit rule; the manual requires stopping, not just reducing speed.
D. Maintain your speed and lane to keep traffic flowing.
You must yield by pulling right and stopping. This answer ignores the duty to yield right of way to emergency vehicles and treats traffic flow as the priority.
