Use Temporary Walkway

Pedestrians use the temporary walkway in the direction of the arrow.

An NYC DOT pedestrian work-zone routing panel. A horizontal black arrow points walkers toward the temporary walkway built around the closed sidewalk or work area. Pedestrians should leave the original sidewalk and follow the arrow to the protected temporary path.
