Crossover Distance

Advance notice of an upcoming median crossover and how far ahead it is.

Alerts drivers (typically authorized or emergency personnel) that a median crossover lies ahead at the indicated distance. Helps the driver prepare to slow and position for the opening. The crossover itself will usually be marked with a directional sign at the location.
