Workers

Workers are on or near the roadway ahead; reduce speed and watch for them.

Highway workers are active on or near the travel lanes ahead. Slow down, give workers extra space, and obey any reduced work-zone speed limits that may be posted; fines for speeding through work zones are typically doubled or otherwise enhanced.
