Workers (Symbol)

Highway workers are on or near the roadway ahead; slow down and stay alert.

Construction or maintenance workers are present on or alongside the road ahead. Drivers should reduce speed, increase following distance, watch for workers and equipment entering the travel lanes, and be prepared to stop if directed.
