Nevada Graduated Driver Licensing (GDL)

Stage-by-stage licensing rules for new drivers: minimum ages, holding periods, supervised hours, curfews, and passenger restrictions.

Intermediate passenger restriction

Applicants who are 16 or 17 when they receive their driver's license may not carry passengers under the age of 18, except for immediate family members, during their first 6 months of licensed driving (NRS 483.2523).
