Blood alcohol concentration

Also known as: BAC, blood alcohol content, breath alcohol concentration, alcohol concentration

The percentage of alcohol in a person's blood, measured by breath, blood, or urine test. A BAC of 0.08 percent is the per se DUI limit for most drivers age 21 and over, with lower limits for commercial drivers and drivers under 21.
