Keeps the 12-month window but drops the clean-record requirement the manual attaches to it. This answer treats the 12-month clock as a calendar-only waiting period and skips the moving-violation-conviction bar the manual pairs with it.
C. 12 months, and a valid Class E driver license must be held throughout that period
Adds a Class E driver license requirement the manual does not attach to the standalone Motorcycle Only credential. This answer confuses the Motorcycle Only license path with the endorsement path, which sits on top of a Class E driver license that the standalone credential does not require.
