Bus lanes are closed to driving, stopping, or parking, but the manual carves out one exception: you may cross a bus lane to make a right turn. The 200-foot entry figure in A is lifted from the bike-lane paragraph just above and dropped onto a bus lane it was never written for.
The traps in the wrong answers
A. Drive in the bus lane for the last 200 feet before the turn.
You cross a bus lane to turn; you do not travel in it, and there is no 200-foot bus-lane entry. This answer carries over the bike-lane 200-foot entry allowance from the paragraph above and applies it to a bus lane.
C. Stop in the bus lane while you wait for pedestrians to clear.
The manual bans driving, stopping, parking, or leaving a vehicle in a bus lane; stopping to wait belongs behind the limit line, not in the lane itself. This answer extends the crossing exception into permission to pause inside the lane, when the manual lists stopping among the banned actions.
